The YWT School of Impact is designed for aspiring and first-time founders who don’t just want to be wildly successful, but who want to contribute something meaningful to the world, too.
THE 8-WEEK PROGRAMME
WEEK 1: PROBLEM & VALIDATION
After your introduction call, you’ll jump straight into your first mentoring session with a successful founder and active angel investor. Together, you’ll define the problem you’re solving in a way investors immediately understand, validate that there is genuine market demand for your solution, and build the foundations of a compelling investment story. You’ll also discover exactly what investors look for in a founder.
WEEK 2: MARKET OPPORTUNITY
With guidance from another angel investor and advisor to family offices, you’ll assess whether your business is targeting a clear, reachable, and commercially attractive market. You’ll define your Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), and Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM), ensuring your opportunity is grounded in evidence and presented in a way that gives investors confidence in your growth potential.
WEEK 3: SOLUTION & DIFFERENTIATION
Working with A Family Office owner managing hundreds of millions of euros, you’ll refine your solution to clearly demonstrate the value it creates for customers and why it’s meaningfully different from the alternatives. Together, you’ll sharpen your unique value proposition and ensure investors can quickly understand what sets your business apart and why it has the potential to win in the market.
WEEK 4: TRACTION & BUSINESS MODEL
Together with a founder who runs a 600m CHF business, and his own venture capital company, you’ll learn how to demonstrate traction and present a business model that can scale sustainably. You’ll identify the traction metrics that matter most to investors and show how your business can generate long-term commercial value.
WEEK 5: FOUNDER & TEAM
With support from a successful founder and angel investor who thinks big, you’ll strengthen one of the most important parts of any investment case: the team. You’ll learn how to communicate your credibility, demonstrate your commitment, and present the skills, experience, and vision that give investors confidence in your ability to execute and build a successful business.
WEEK 6: FINANCIAL READINESS
Working with a former Entrepreneur of the year in France, and one of Romania’s most active angel investors, you’ll build the financial foundations investors expect to see. You’ll gain a clear understanding of your numbers, define your funding requirements, justify your valuation where appropriate, and demonstrate exactly how the investment will be used to achieve meaningful business milestones. You’ll also learn what to include in your pitch, and what to leave for your data room.
WEEK 7: PITCH & FUNDRAISING READINESS
In your final week, our mentors will help you bring everything together into a compelling investment story. You’ll refine your pitch, create your deck, prepare for investor questions, and learn how to present confidently. By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to pitch to investors.
WEEK 8:
PITCH WEEK
In the final week, you get direct feedback on your pitch before you upload your final recorded to pitch for review by the independent investor panel.

Every founder gets direct feedback on their pitch by the independent investor panel. If approved, you earn access to our private dealmaking platform where investors managing billions are waiting.
